All services delivered under SheraNet are provided through a licensed nationwide ISP network to ensure regulatory compliance, reliability and trusted connectivity.
By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Usage & Eligibility
1.1 Users must provide accurate personal information during registration.
1.2 Our internet service is intended exclusively for personal or approved business use.
1.3 Unauthorized network redistribution, bandwidth reselling, or sharing beyond the registered premises is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Any activity that violates national law, security guidelines or BTRC directives may result in immediate service suspension.
2. Internet Speed & Performance
2.1 Advertised speeds depend on network conditions, routing, server capacity, user devices and external factors.
2.2 International bandwidth speed may vary based on upstream conditions and global routing.
2.3 Temporary disruptions may occur during network maintenance, fiber cuts, power issues or upstream outages.
2.4 No speed guarantee applies to third-party servers, websites or cloud platforms.
3. Billing, Payment & Renewal
3.1 All payments for internet services are prepaid.
3.2 If payment is not completed within the due date, service may be suspended without notice.
3.3 Reconnection fees may apply after service suspension.
3.4 Bank charges or payment gateway fees (if applicable) must be paid by the user.
3.5 Partial month usage is not adjustable, transferable or refundable.
4. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
4.1 To maintain network stability, Fair Usage Policy may be applied to heavy or abusive usage patterns.
4.2 Unlimited packages do not permit bandwidth resale, public sharing or commercial redistribution.
4.3 Any network abuse may result in speed control, suspension or termination.
5. Device & Equipment Policy
5.1 ONU, Router or any provided equipment must be handled with proper care by the customer.
5.2 Damaged equipment will incur repair or replacement charges.
5.3 SheraNet is not responsible for malfunction of customer-owned devices or home network issues.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 SheraNet does not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
6.2 Customer information may be shared only when required by law, government directive or regulatory authority.
6.3 Network monitoring is performed solely for service quality, security and operational requirements.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Customers must ensure proper security of their home WiFi network and devices.
7.2 Illegal downloads, malicious activities, hacking attempts, or misuse of the internet are strictly prohibited.
7.3 Customers are fully responsible for their devices, data security and internal network configuration.
8. Company Responsibilities
8.1 SheraNet aims to provide stable, high-quality internet service at all times.
8.2 Scheduled or emergency maintenance may be performed with or without prior notice.
8.3 Service performance may be affected by external conditions such as fiber cuts, natural disasters, upstream outages or nationwide disruptions.
9. Refund & Compensation Policy
9.1 All payments to SheraNet are non-refundable under any circumstances.
9.2 No compensation or adjustment will be provided for:
temporary service disruption
customer’s internal wiring or device issues
upstream problems or power outages
user-side misconfiguration
9.3 Unused service periods are not refundable if the customer discontinues service.
10. Limitation of Liability
SheraNet shall not be liable for:
Any personal injury or personal damage
Device malfunction, overheating, router failure or hardware loss
Data loss, file corruption or security breaches caused by user-side negligence
Business loss, income loss or commercial interruption
Third-party service failures (cloud services, websites, gaming servers, etc.)
Software issues, malware, virus infection or user-side configuration errors
External events beyond our control (fiber cut, storm, disaster, fire, upstream outage, electrical failure)
Customers use the service at their own risk and are responsible for their own devices and data.
11. Service Suspension & Termination
11.1 Violation of Terms, unpaid bills, illegal activity or harmful usage may lead to service termination.
11.2 Customers may request service discontinuation with prior notice of 30 days.
11.3 Misuse or breach of policy may result in immediate disconnection without refund.
12. Amendments to Terms
SheraNet reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
